Social media channels offer kids all types of content to watch. Most of it is harmless if consumed in limited amounts. But just like candy and cookies, it’s highly addictive, and adds little value to a child’s mental and emotional development. Much of it is made up of unhealthy ingredients that can have lasting negative side effects on young minds.
The V Channel (TVC) was created as a positive and nutritious alternative to “junk food” media. Our mission is to engage and inform parents, guardians, teachers and coaches — everyone who cares for children — about the enduring benefits of teaching virtues, and to provide content that educates, entertains and inspires youth to ‘Be Virtuous’ without judgment, preaching or resorting to clichés and stereotypes.

The V Channel has impacted hundreds of young lives over the past five years. Our goal is to reach millions more by producing and distributing a full schedule of dynamic, virtues-driven programming. To do this, I am seeking support from charitable foundations, philanthropists, media companies and support from individuals like you.
The V Channel board has a strategy for pursuing and presenting to high-level partners in order to launch TVC on a large scale. With patience, determination, purposefulness and many other virtues from A to Z, we will accomplish our ambitious vision. For now however, The V Channel has a modest goal of covering its annual operating expenses of $10,000.
“What type of content do you want kids to watch?”
If you want kids to watch virtues-driven programming, then please make a tax-deductible donation of $25, $50 or $100 to The V Channel. (Perhaps you had a prosperous year and can afford $5,000!) If you can only give $10 right now, that’s great too. Your gift of any amount will help TVC continue to grow and flourish.
