Since January 2013, Wendy has contributed to The V Channel as a writer, an editor, and an advisor. She has been involved with The Virtues Project for over 20 years and received her Master Facilitator designation in 2007. She offers workshops on The Five Strategies of The Virtues Project, which empower individuals to live more authentic meaningful lives, families to raise children of compassion and integrity, educators to create safe, caring, and high performing learning communities, and leaders to encourage excellence and ethics in the workplace. The Virtues Project has inspired and mobilized people worldwide to commit acts of service and generosity, to heal violence with virtues.
As a Social Service worker, and part-time professor, Wendy compiled a workbook and facilitated the “Roots to Success” portfolio development program for ‘at risk’ high school students.
She is a Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) practitioner, and has taught courses in Community Development and Group Process, Principles of Adult Learning, Program Design, and Portfolio Development in the Social Service Worker faculty at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario.
